Use this on-line planning membership application form to become a planning member in the New Horizons International Music Association. Once you have become a planning member, be sure to visit our Planning Member page on the web site (under the Groups menu button) so that you can have your planning details posted. This allows others to see that a new group is starting in their “neck of the woods.”

Instructions:

• Fill out the form and click the “Submit” button. You will receive a confirmation that the application form has been sent to NHIMA.
• You must submit the planning membership application form AND complete the payment process through PayPal (you can use a major credit card or a PayPal account) in order for the planning membership application process to be complete.
• We ask below for the name of the person making the payment for the planning membership, since quite often a different person pays the membership fee from the person who filled out this form.

Click the “Submit” button only once. This will send your Planning Membership Application to NHIMA. Wait for a confirmation notice that will appear on screen stating that your planning application has been sent. Below that notice is a button that says “Payment Process”. Click that button to complete payment for the planning membership.
