Use this on-line form to make a donation to New Horizons International Music Association. Donations to NHIMA are tax deductible for US taxpayers.

Instructions:

• Fill out the form, making sure to include all the required fields, and then click the “Submit” button. You will receive a confirmation that the donation form has been sent to NHIMA.
• You must submit the donation form AND complete the donation payment through PayPal (you can use a major credit card or a PayPal account) in order for the donation process to be complete.
• We ask below for the name of the person making the donation payment, since quite often a different person pays for the donation from the person who filled out this form.
• You will receive instructions on the donation payment process after submitting the donation form. This is where you will also enter your donation amount.
