Use this form to add yourself (or a couple) to the New Horizons Member Directory or to update a previous listing. You can also use this form to remove your listing from the on-line directory and/or the printed directory. Fill in the required fields, and list all of the information you wish to share in the Member Directory. Once you submit the form, you will be sent a password via e-mail, usually the same day. For couples, you will each have a separate listing. Please be advised that you must be a member of New Horizons International Music Association to be listed in the Member Directory and to access it. By completing and submitting this form, you are granting NHIMA permission to add your information to the On-Line Member Directory, which is viewable (by password) by other NHIMA members. Also, when you complete this form, your membership information on file with NHIMA will be updated, if necessary, using the information that you list here that is different from what is currently on file with NHIMA.
