If the music that you wish to add to the New Horizons Music Library is already in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, you can easily send it in that form without filling out the on-line forms on this web site. Click the Excel icon to the right to see a sample spreadsheet. Here are a few things that you need to know to make any modifications to your existing spreadsheet:

You must include on your spreadsheet all of the applicable items in the columns with RED headings.

Use Last Name, First Name for the Composer and Arranger columns.

If the contact information and other information that have a BLACK column heading are not in your spreadsheet, you can provide that information in the body of the e-mail that you send along with your spreadsheet. This information should be the same for every musical selection.

The Type of Ensemble column would contain either Band, Orchestra, Choral OR the actual Ensemble Type (Jazz Band, Brass Quintet, Woodwind Trio, Tuba/Euphonium Quartet, etc.).

You only need to enter the Instrumentation for Ensembles other than Band, Orchestra and Choral.

Enter all that apply in the Sale, Rent, Lending, Exchange column.
Send your properly formatted spreadsheet as an attachment to an e-mail to the [Webmaster]. Be sure you include all the contact and other information in the body of the e-mail if this information is not already in the spreadsheet.
