Use this form to change the status (Available, Unavailable) of musical selections in the New Horizons ORCHESTRA Music Library. Fill in the Library Number and select the appropriate Status. You will find the Library Number in the details of each musical selection. If the piece of music is permanently unavailable, check the Remove Musical Selection box. If you have multiple status changes to enter, press the “Enter More Changes” button that will be available after each change, and then only change the applicable information. The library will be updated as soon as possible.
