The local web sites can be hosted by various entities. Some of the more likely ones would be local music stores that have a web site, a local school or university, the city Arts Commission web site or other non-profit organizations that have a web site. Another possibility is to check in your phone book for local web hosting companies and see if they will provide this service free in return for an acknowledgement of their company on your web site.
