Important: Registration is a two-part process. Completing the registration form below is Step 1. Step 2 is mailing in the camp payment form with payment for the instructional fee and for your meals and room, if any, at Bellinger Hall (Chautauqua). Download thefor doing this from the description of the Chautauqua camp (the payment form is page 8). If planning to stay at Bellinger, your accommodations preferences will automatically be sent to Chautauqua. You must WAIT until you receive an e-mail from Chautauqua confirming your accommodations (availability) preferences BEFORE sending payment. Your class selections will be held for ten (10) business days after you register on-line. After that they will automatically delete if your payment is not received by Chautauqua. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Chautauqua when your payment is received and your registration is complete.
Complete the entire registration form below by filling in all applicable fields for both first time registrations and updates (changes) to previous registrations for this camp.
Click any class title for a description of the class, instrumentation and class size limits, and teacher(s). Make sure your instrument is listed, if appropriate, for the class you want.
Click “Check Enrollments” for each period to check the status of any class! Registering for a closed class or full section puts you on a waiting list.
Click the button corresponding to the selection you want for each class period, then select the appropriate instrument/voice you are playing/singing.
If you would prefer free time instead of a scheduled class for any period, click “Free Time” for the period and select “N/A” for the instrument/voice.
Selecting the instruments you play and the level you play them at below helps the Camp Director make adjustments/suggestions as the camp fills up.
Registrations will be processed in the exact order received. There is a possibility that classes/sections noted as open during your on-line registration may be full when your registration is processed due to earlier registrations being processed first. You will be notified by e-mail if this happens. You should allow e-mail from the Camp Registrar (camp_registrar@newhorizonsmusic.org) to pass through any spam/e-mail filters you may have in use.
